A practice that changed my life started in the card aisle on one of the saddest days of my life.

I was heartbroken.
Lost.
Devastated.

So I bought myself a card and wrote the words I needed to hear, the words I wasn't finding anywhere else. 💌

Some people track their steps.

Some people track their followers - or at least that one person from high school they’re still weirdly competitive with.

Right now? I mostly just track word count. 📚

At least, I hope...

Naming our kids was easy - it took @lenekerc and me about 2.5 seconds (literally) to name our son.

And about half that time to name our daughter.
