Naming our kids was easy - it took @lenekerc and me about 2.5 seconds (literally) to name our son.

Looking forward to spending the morning facilitating leadership training for leaders from all over the country.

We'll be diving into the research that shows stress levels are high, and employee engagement is low.

When a leader called me in tears because due to budget cuts, she had to cancel a burnout training with me that had been booked for MONTHS, it hurt my heart. 💔
